At Verre Studio, we stand behind the craftsmanship and beauty of our glassware. We want you to love your new pieces as much as we loved creating them. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unwashed, and completely free of signs of wear.

It must be in its original, undamaged packaging (including all protective foam, bubble wrap, and boxes) to ensure its safe transit back to our studio.

You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number).
2. 🚨 Damaged, Broken, or Incorrect Items (Our Safe-Delivery Guarantee)
Glassware is delicate, and while we use industry-leading, shock-absorbent packaging, accidents can occasionally happen during transit. Your peace of mind is our priority.
If your order arrives broken, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, do not worry.

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@verrestudio.com.

Include your Order Number and clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
Once verified, we will happily ship a brand new replacement completely free of charge, or issue a full refund—no need to return the broken glass to us.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return for any reason other than shipping damage, please follow these steps:

Email our support team at service@verrestudio.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs:

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), Verre Studio will cover all costs.

For change-of-mind returns (e.g., you changed your mind, or ordered the wrong size/style), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the glass.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.
